研究内容
1. 海洋生物制品研发与应用
以海洋多糖、蛋白等为主要原料,制备多糖/蛋白质基水凝胶、纳米粒子、纳米乳液、Pickering乳液等,并研究其作为可降解膜、递送体系等的应用。
2. 海洋生物产品及其副产物、亚热带农产品综合加工与利用
以海洋生物产品(藻类、鱼类、虾类、贝类等)及其副产物,以及海红米、椰子、菠萝等亚热带农产品为对象,开展相关保鲜、综合加工利用新技术、新产品研发及副产物高值化利用研究。
